Proud to be an Aucklander!

I was looking around Taumanu Reserve (Hillsborough, Auckland) and something seemed odd! There was something strange about this place, as if there was some ghostly, eerie strangeness about it.

I finally figured it out after it struck me. The park was immaculate. Clean and tidy, there was not a single piece of litter to be seen. Not even on the shoreline where debris has washed up; it was also barren of any human litter. The park was immaculate.

A sense of elation overcame me as I had a realization: I had stumbled upon a secret utopia, hidden away in plain sight.
