Day 65 Sobriety: Rising Above with The Blaze's 'Heaven' | A Birthday Reflection @theblazeprod

Today marks both my 44th birthday and Day 65 of my journey towards sobriety, a day filled with mixed emotions and reflections, set to the rhythm of one of my favorite tracks, 'Heaven' by The Blaze. Birthdays have always been challenging for me, often stirring feelings of loneliness despite the lack of expectations. A simple dinner out was the highlight, maintaining normalcy with surfing and training—my true daily celebrations.

In this video, I share more than just my reaction to 'Heaven'; I delve into my aspirations beyond the sober life. Sobriety is not my final destination but a gateway to greater things. I'm committed to building a business that not only sustains me but allows me to thrive and enjoy life to its fullest. Settling for mere sobriety isn't enough—I'm driven to seek more, to live fully and richly.

Acknowledging the barriers in my mindset, particularly the fear of success, I'm taking a proactive step by engaging with a life coach starting Monday. Learning from one's own experiences is valuable, but time is of the essence, and I'm all for utilizing guidance to accelerate my growth. Why struggle alone when help is available?

Join me as I take on the year ahead with renewed determination, ready to transform challenges into triumphs, and truly live a life worth celebrating. Let's explore what lies beyond the comfort zone, with 'Heaven' as our soundtrack today.
