Offering homage to the ideals of democracy, I extend my greeting to the Democrats that compose one half of our population; for their dedication to fostering equality and justice. We all grew up as patriots to this nation, to the belief in equality, and with deep feelings of pride towards our nation’s flag. I also know that many of you are faithful, religious and devout.
