When God destroys tyranny, He does not leave anarchy in its place. If those who rule with evil intent are removed from power, it does not follow that people should be without authority. Contrarily, when God breaks mighty men of their power, He sets others in their place that will rule better and with more integrity. Daniel 2:21 "It is He who changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and established kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and [greater] knowledge to those who have understanding!"
