The blast of what appears to be a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV, allegedly belonging to former Ukrainian Security Service lieutenant colonel Vasily Prozorov, was caught on CCTV near a residential building in Moscow. The car was damaged and its owner was injured, according to the Russian Investigative Committee.
