Another Sunken City? or, An E.T. Base off the coast of Victoria Australia??

Leave your thoughts below in the Comments & what you think it might be? My Thinking is in Alignment with this being a Sunken City from Our Ancient Past, before the Younger Dryas Period, roughly 26,000 Years ago!
