The extremely rare char would be the Fake Neo Dark Chun-Li, which was a rename of Dark Chun-Li found hosted in Randomselect. I had this version for a very long time. We have Real Neo Dark Chun LI from 2000 by Big Eli King vs. Fake Neo Dark Chun-Li by Big Eli King renamed in 2006 by Unknown.
