One person is dead and multiple people were injured when a stolen 18-wheeler semi tractor trailer truck crashed into the Texas Dept. of Public Safety office.
According to Texas DPS, the suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Clenard Parker. A Texas DPS Sergeant reports Parker arrived at the Texas DPS office in Brenham the day before and was denied his Commercial Driver's License. The staff told Parker he was not eligible to renew his license. Parker is facing multiple felony charges and is in custody.
Brenham is located in Washington County, northwest of Houston.
