This is going to trial because Disney didn’t just fire her. They defamed her on the way out, and here you are, a major publication, repeating the defamation in an attempt to further damage her on behalf of Disney, proving the damage that Disney caused.

And she “grotesquely trivialized the Holocaust”? She said the exact same things said by the Auschwitz Memorial. Are they also “trivializing the Holocaust”?

Meanwhile her coworker, Pedro Pascal, made THESE posts. So these don’t trivialize the Holocaust, given that Pedro is comparing immigration policy to the Holocaust? If Anne Frank had a choice between being sent to Auschwitz or being a “kid in a cage” for a short time before being deported to a Latin American country, which do you think she would choose? (BTW: That picture Pedro posted wasn’t even in the US. Pedro is just a moron)

Painting those two situations as remotely comparable absolutely trivializes the Holocaust, and yet Disney keeps giving work to Pedro Pascal. So that wasn’t the reason they fired her. They fired her because they didn’t like her particular political viewpoint, which makes their hiring and firing policies politically discriminatory.

On top of which, there’s a strong possibility that the accounts which harassed her on end were bots operating under the direction of Disney itself or high ranking Disney employees. Disney doesn’t have the right to HARASS their employees, either. And if that’s the case, that’s something that’ll definitely come out during discovery, which Disney won’t be able to hide no matter how much cover you run for them.
