Dave grew up in Enfield, CT, and lived in; Atlanta, GA, NYC, NY, Fairfield, CT, and Longmeadow, MA. He picked up his first guitar at 13 and always dreamed about being on a stage playing rock and roll. His Rockstar dreams were put on pause as he pursued his corporate goals.

In 2004, Dave started working for NBC Universal TV Station
Group in West Hartford, CT. At the time, digital advertising was in its infancy. There was no digital revenue on the books, and shareholders wanted to see growth. The first iPhone was still in beta-stage. Dave was sporting a blackberry phone. NBC at the time hosted a few #1 shows across television including, Seinfeld and The Olympics. There was no actual roadmap on how to drive digital revenue, Dave was at the forefront of this venture.

Dave was promoted in 2006, again in 2007 and relocated to 30
Rockefeller plaza, NYC. He always raised his hand for any growth opportunity, preferring to roll the dice, versus stability. In the advertising world, it was a big deal to get this type of gig. Although technically under-qualified, Dave displayed leadership attributes which landed him the position of Director. It was his ability to prepare, fight, and to find ways to stand out that landed Dave these roles.

Dave spent the next 15 years working across social and digital Advertising Technology companies after NBC. He built a client roster that included Ford HQ, IBM, North Face, Sony, Disney, and Hershey to name a few. Ford took 15 months from the 1st call to closing his first deal. The most important takeaway for Dave is he has proved to himself over and over again that what he sets out to do, he finds a road that delivers success.
All along, music has always been part of Dave’s life. In 2018 Dave listened to an interview with Neil Young where he talked about following your dreams. Standing on a stage solo, writing your own music and lyrics, visualizing where you are going, and never looking back. That’s what Dave is doing with his music.

At times, life can seem like you’re wading through sludge in
a swamp in the dark somewhere searching for an answer to what you ever did to deserve that hell you are going through at the time.

Joe Walsh from The Eagles said “Life can seem like a slow moving trainwreck as life is happening, but looking back, it's more like a
professional orchestra.”

Dave believes it's crucial to equip young adults and adults with the knowledge and skills to train their minds to be resilient against
their social and cultural environments. This mindset is particularly important for those aiming to challenge conventional norms and carve their own paths.
