A healthy dessert recipe with apples and oranges! No eggs, no banana!

Ingredients:

150 g(1 cup) rice flour
100 g(1 cup) almond flour
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 medium apples
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
cinnamon
100 ml(3.4 oz) orange juice
80 ml(1/3 cup) oil
100 ml(3.4 oz) mineral water
30 g(1/4 cup) chopped nuts
bake 35 minutes at 180°C/360°F
