Today's Terrible Judge: David Hall

Taxi driver Mohamed Youssef picked up a thirteen year old Scottish girl from #Paisley in #Clydebank #Scotland and subsequently held her without release, kidnapping her. Sheriff David Hall chastised Youssef but punished him to nothing more than 200 hours of community service, spread throughout a year. Youssef remains in contact with vulnerable girls due to his current work as a food delivery driver.
