Hi fam,

This week’s lesson is a little off the beaten path for the Guitar Fam YouTube channel. I came across a song by Lincoln Brewster called “God of the Impossible” and loved the guitar solo so much that I just had to do a video on it.

The video, TAB, and jam track are available for you on the Guitar Fam site. You can access them by following the link below.

Another catalyst for this video was the @worshiptutorials Texas Star Pack I bought from their site for the Tonex pedal. It’s a wonderful-sounding tone capture based on one of my favourite amps of all time, the Mesa Boogie Lone Star. I found the tones very inspiring.

The amp patches can be used for the Line 6 Helix, HX Stomp, POD Go, IK Multimedia Tonex pedal, Fractal Axe-FX, and FM3. You can find them here.

Please let us know if you have any questions or other song requests for the channel.

Enjoy,
Nate
