Today we will be recreating Walt Disney's most beloved effeminate rodent, Minnie Mouse. We'll be creating this costume using 3 thrifted items totaling less around $20.00.

What I used to create this look..

Flesh tone foundation. ( For vintage Minnie, use Ben Nye aqua - White, Or Mehron Paradise - White )
Ben Nye Aqua - Licorice black
Ben Nye crem pencil - White
Ben Nye Cream pencil - Red
Black pencil & Black Mabelline water proof liquid liner.
Concealer pencil
Pink blush
Black Mascara

What I bought

Red baby Tee - $3.50 - Goodwill ( 1/2 off )
Red polka dot long sleeve button down - $ 7.00 - Goodwill
Red polka dot skirt ( brand new ) - $9.98 - Goodwill

Cost - around $20.

I had the shoes, styrofoam balls, glitter, extra material, felt, black full body suit, oversized gloves, headband and wig already.
