How Long Lord?

I've been feeling a great calling to responsibility in my life. To take hold of every area.

To understand that everything is constant competition.

Not just against others but certainly against myself, against the enemy.

I still seek grace, joyful moments, and great moments with those I care about, I value and cherish those.

But there’s always a part of me that understands I must continue to work, continue to push harder, to earn all of the amazing things in my life.

Certainly, not every area is where I want it to be, but I’m still grateful for the things I do have.

I have to pay the rent for the great things in my life.

I have my physicality at an all-time high, but I must continue to train to maintain that great body.

That’s how it is. Show up every day. Work every day. Train every day. And with patience and faith, it’ll be worth it, not just for me but for all the people I care about.

I believe we as men are called to serve, that’s what gives us the most fulfillment. As that’s what The Lord did.
