Connecticut's police and their racial card, harasses law student

This just recently happened in Stafford CT. This young man tagged me in thos last night to help get the word out, and I'm so glad he did. I've never heard of this racial profiling card. He said he learned about it when he was in an interracial relationship, and his girl was always getting harassed. Why don't we all know about this? Why haven't we heard about this? Ya figure it's a law and so ao important they should be forced to tell people about it. I'm hoping to get to know more about this story and get this guy on a live. But this is why we do what we do. We're always still learning to, as I said, this one's new to me too. So, as always, this is for news and educational purposes.
