Balinese Water Spinach with Tomato Sauce (Plecing Kangkung)

This week we will make Plecing Kangkung, Water Spinach with Tomato Sauce, a delicious mix of vegetables, peanuts and sambal.

I mentioned Kafir Lime Leaf in the beginning of the video, and you can use this as a garnish if you like but not as an ingredient in the dish itself.
