The W.H.O. Pandemic Treaty: Beneficial Or Dangerous

The W.H.O. Pandemic Treaty allows a non-elected board at the W.H.O. to do 1 of 2 things.
1. Declare an Actual Pandemic Emergency
2. Declare an Anticipated Pandemic Emergency
The Pandemic Treaty would give the W.H.O. the power to do this, and does not require them to have any evidence. There is no evidence standard at all! The W.H.O. board does not have a standard that says they have to isolate a pathogen, they don’t have to isolate anything. All they have to do is SIMPLY say “WE THINK” there is a reason to declare an emergency and therefore under this treaty the W.H.O. has legal authority to IMPOSE LOCKDOWNS, SUSPEND TRAVEL, HALT INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE, PENALIZE NON-COMPLYING NATIONS WITH FINES and many other things.
