Only 19 House Republicans Oppose Unwarranted Government Spying

The government abuses Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act FISA to spy on American citizens without permission, yet only 19 House Republicans joined 209 Democrats on Wednesday to kill a vote on FISA reauthorization. Those who voted against it simply want the government to go through the warrant process first.
