Finicky Schindler 400A Traction Elevators - Woodward Parking Garage (Charlotte, NC)

While these run well, they seem to be glitchy at times. There's more 400A's at another nearby deck, but for time's sake, I only filmed this one set at this garage. These were installed a year before 400A became AE.
