- 3 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices of bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 or 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander/chives
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons butter - for frying
