Slow cooked pulled pork in the oven!

Are these some of the best pulled pork sandwiches you've ever eaten? Maybe!

The key to these recipes is low and slow
I used a pork shoulder cut, this is typically more fatty which is great for flavor and moisture. Stay away from loin cuts which are less fatty and dry out easy, making them a little chewy.

For the rub I was simple and used:

Salt
Pepper
onion powder
Garlic
Smoked paprika
Olive oil

And drizzled some raspberry vinegar in the pan (apple cider vinegar works well too)

After that it was low and slow time in the oven about 120c or 250f for about 7 hours.

Shred it up. coat it in your favorite bbq sauce, or home make it like I did

The sauce is:

Ketchup
Brown sugar
Dijon
Worcestershire
salt
pepper
and some more rasp vinegar (again other vinegars would work

You can broil it or just serve with the bbq sauce as is!
and if I can cook it, so can you!
