Disney filed a Motion to Dismiss the Wrongful Termination lawsuit brought by Gina Carano on grounds protected by the First Amendment.

Only a company is dumb as Disney could possibly think they could cite Free Speech protections as a reason they are not on the hook for firing someone expressing their FREE SPEECH!
