God is turning everything over in this time, exposing all that needs our attention. He is bringing to light so much of what he never intended for us.

So much of what our enemies have sought to destroy us with.

And if he is doing a thing in revealing the corruption of governments and politicians, church leaders and religious institutions, history, education--the list goes on, it would stand to reason he would reveal what is wrong with healthcare and what is right for our wellness.

Now, before you throw your hands up in despair and give up for being overwhelmed, take a deep breath and listen.

Your wellness starts with opening yourself up to understanding, one nugget at a time. It begins with leaning into God and asking him to guide you.

The world as we knew it is gone, and that's a great thing!

Enter Chelsea Blackbird, CHP, NTP, The Christian Nutritionist and host of The Christian Healthclub Podcast. What she has to say about keeping your body in line with God's plans for it could change your life.

You must feel well to serve well!
