Whether it was self-defense is for the jury to decide, as Nicolae Miu is charged with first-degree murder and multiple counts of attempted homicide. The more I heard from the witnesses and those involved in the melee, the less I found them to be 100 percent victims. They took their part in escalating the confrontation, as their testimony makes clear. In fact, it increasingly seems that Miu is the victim. #truecrime
