A judge focused on Jan. 6 cases was prevented from acting as a so-called Ministry of Truth, after a decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals. District Judge Reggie Walton included a ruling to monitor the computer of Daniel Goodwyn, who entered the Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021. The judge accused him of spreading disinformation when he did an interview on Tucker Carlson Tonight.
