After the bike, for starters I went in on Toes to Bar and doubled up with 200x total. To accomplish this I just increased the frequency rather than in-set volume and did 20x10.

Next up, to prime the glutes/pos. Chain and get some concurrent direct lower back work I did 100x 45 degree back extensions in 5 sets of 20.

Next, I got on the Nautilus plate-loaded glute bridge and did some terminal hip extension with moderate volume. “My glutes are just TOO strong.” Said no athlete ever.

Last, I finished off with some banded glute bridges to also get some hip ABduction on the tail end of the session.

All in all, it was a good, low SFR lower body glute/hip focus. I still have plenty of room in this week’s MRV to get in a proper “quad/hamstring/calf” LEG specific lower body session if I have time this weekend.
