3-Asymmetric warfare. Liquidate the Mandate ( Jab, Mask, Political Correctness) Enforcers. This must be done on tactical level, locally very close to you. Without Enforcers , especially on local level, the elites will be bouncing off the walls, talking to trees, walking cats then likely kill themselves.
