Collab copyright protection - friends picnic smash watermelon head

A group of people are having a picnic outside in the late evening. One of the friends in a flannel shirt takes a mini watermelon and smashes it into a male friend. It does not break initially but it eventually falls apart. It looks like he smashed the watermelon hard.
