FOIPOP 4 Freedom, w. Shelly Hipson and Paul Westhaver

The Magnanimous GenX'er Male, Jeff Evely, is joined by special guests Shelly Hipson and Paul Westhaver, for a discussion on the fight to restore transparency and accountability to our governments. Shelly and Paul are Nova Scotians who have been very active in uncovering ineptitude and corruption on the part of Canada's most tyrannical province, through the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy program. Much of what they have uncovered with respect to the pandemic response would be considered shocking in the before times, and Tim Houston has only continued to double down. Most recently, The Province passed Bill 419 - an omnibus amendment to the Financial Measures Act that (for some reason) includes an amendment to the Personal Health Information Act that allows politicians to access the private health records of Nova Scotians.
