Air unit chase motorcyclist who was doing wheelies, doughnuts, runs out of gas and arrested

The Dearborn Police Department had a motorcycle doing wheelies and doughnuts around one of their patrol cars. The motorcycle driver then fled north on M-39.

The motorcycle ran out of gas in Farmington Hills, and the 26-year-old male suspect from Dearborn was arrested by Farmington Hills Police and lodged on their charges. MSP, Dearborn Police, and Redford Police are also seeking charges in their jurisdictions.

F/Lt Mike Shaw stated “This suspect risked his own life, lives of other drivers and the police officers involved in this incident by his behavior. Great work by all involved to take him in to custody without any one being hurt or killed.”
