Search efforts 'very difficult' after Italian plant blast

Search and rescue operations were underway on Wednesday (April 10) after at least three people were killed in a fire and explosion underground at a hydroelectric power plant in northern Italy. Several others were unaccounted for following the blast at a dam on Lake Suviana, one of three artificial lakes that feed the power station.
