Helen Clark (Prime Minister of New Zealand 1999 - 2008; UNDP Administrator 2009 - 2017; Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response Co-Chair at World Health Organization from 2020) speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2023.

She knows that another pandemic is coming. Because of this, to keep us all safe, the World Health Organization budget will balloon from less than $3 billion per year for all programs combined, to over $10 billion per year, focussed solely on pandemic surveillance and response.

It is well known that this shift in focus from diseases of population health significance, to "potential threats" which happen to shift wealth upwards to the billionaire class, will increase poverty and decrease life expectancy. Read more here:

Helen is seated beside Tony Blair, ex-PM of the UK and founder of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (aggressive advocates of digital identification systems); Silvino Moreno, Minister of Industry and Trade for Mozambique; and Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, as she speaks of the need for more rapid deployment of vaccines in the next pandemic which is due anytime soon. The man questioning her is Richard Hatchett, Chief Executive Officer of the Bill Gates-funded Centre for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation, which intends to pump out new vaccines within 100 days. This will bypass all safety and efficacy testing, as was practiced with some success during the Covid pandemic.

Do you think these people intend to keep you safe?
