Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene intensified her feud with Speaker Mike Johnson on Tuesday, sending a letter that is poised to inflame tensions as lawmakers return to a crucial legislative session.

Greene’s missive marks the latest salvo in her ongoing battle against Johnson, which escalated when she filed a motion to vacate the chair on March 22, a move that could strip Johnson of his speakership.

The motion came after Johnson pushed through a $1.2 trillion government funding plan, breaking party promises and disregarding Republican objections.

Greene’s letter accuses Johnson of betraying conservative principles and collaborating with Democrats, particularly in passing spending bills and foreign aid packages, Breitbart News reported.
