Romans 13:14 New King James Version
14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!
I was deeply thinking about this morning scripture, and what it means to put on Christ, and I have to say that every time I read/study this topic, I learn something new from it. I learned today, that being, or should I say putting on Christ, involves doing it every day. That when you put on Christ, and you learn and choose to be more like Him, as Karen Pimpo, this morning's devotional writer says so very well, “We don't begin to reflect the loving, gentle, kind, grace filled, and faithful ways of Jesus overnight.” Karen says that “It’s a long process of choosing to “put on the armor of light” every day, even when we don't want to because it's uncomfortable.” It's about being willing, submissive, and obedient to the Lord in allowing Him to mold us, shape us, and transform us into who HE wants us to be!

I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional, are really getting me to think about what it means to “put on” Christ in my life every day, and I'd like to share these questions with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them too.

What does it look like to “put on” Jesus today?

I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word concerning this topic, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will motivate you to want to have Christ transform your life each and every day into His image for you. Above all, I pray that it will challenge you to want to “put on” Christ every day. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn just what it means to not just be clothed in, but to “put on” Christ! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to ask this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will both encourage and motivate you to want to put on Christ in your life every day, so that you walk living, renewed, and transformed by His power and love every day.

How does practicing Christ likeness become more comfortable over time?

My prayer for all of you in this area, is that first and foremost you choose to “put on” Christ every day in your life. That you take on that long process of choosing to put on, the “full armor” of God, “put on the armor of light” in Christ every day, even when you don't want to! Yes, it may be uncomfortable, and it may cost you friends, family, and maybe your job, but the more and more that you choose to put on Christ and live according to His standards and not the world's, The more we become like Him.

UNTIL WEDNESDAY:

HAVE A TRULY BLESSED AND TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
