M23 rebels 'have been denied their rights,' says Rwanda's Kagame

Rwandan President Paul Kagame said on Monday (April 8) that the M23 rebel movement in eastern Congo, which Rwanda is routinely accused of supporting, exists only because its fighters have been denied their rights in their own country. Olivia Chan reports.
