Why Black Americans MUST also pay reparations to AFRICA for benefitting from damage caused to Africa

There's a common narrative among Black Americans pointing out that White Americans have historically benefitted from the enslavement and oppression of Black individuals. Similarly, it's becoming increasingly important to acknowledge how Black Americans have also directly benefited from the looting of resources, environmental damages, and systemic chaos caused to Africa and its people. Therefore, they owe reparations for it.
