“Judge not lest ye be judged yourself.” - Metallica, Holier Than Thou

Have you been told you are judgmental? Have you felt judged by another person? Yes to both for me. It’s taken a lot of self-reflection to realize that fear often leads me to jumping to conclusions and assuming the worst. This isn’t fair. We are all on our own paths.
