So, should it be thanks to D. Trump that his state saved the lives of those who administered the Pfizer vaccine?

The vaccines that weren't placebos were the versions that Dr. Fauci along with the CDC/FDA proposed to the Americans.

If D. Trump intended to release a deadly version, why would he even bother traveling all the way to India to launch hydroxychloroquine?
