I used to believe that we took on the vibration of the animal at the time of its death. So this meant that any fear and pain were absorbed by the body of those consuming the meat. Now I believe that we take on the vibration of the animal itself, not in those last moments, but the essence, and the strength of that amazing animal.

I created this channel many years ago to share my health journey. Videos have come and gone as I've searched for answers over the years. But after switching to an ancestrally appropriate, meat-based diet, I finally feel like I've found something worth sharing. I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist.
