Journey to a 1000 lb's || Episode 08 & 09 of 10 || Deadlift + Squat PR Attempts

Video Description:

This is 9th(a double episode) video from the journey to a 1000 lbs, where from the start of January till the end of April, we'll be aiming to lift a thousand pounds between our bench, deadlift and squat, as well as massively improving our flexibility. Today's video will be a combination of deadlift and squat session for the month of March, where we'll be attempting a PR of 405 lbs on the deadlift and 335 lbs on the squat which will be a 20 lb increase on our previous PR's for both lifts. We're currently at 925 lb total between our 3 main lifts, with a Bench of 225, Squat of 315 & Deadlift of 385 prior to this video.

Series Description:

1. This journey will be done in 11 episodes.
2. There will be 3 videos every month except for April which will have only
1 video which will act like a finale video.
3. The videos each month will consist of push, pull, and leg sessions,
where we'll only vlog the compound lifts them selves & also attempt a
PR on each uploaded video!
4. The last video of every month will contain a flexibility update, where
we'll go through our flexibility progress on 5 main stretches, namely: the
split, the pancake pose, the pigeon pose, the standing head to knee
stretch, and the reclining hero stretch. Where our goal is to hit full
mobility on all the stretches mentioned by the end of April
5. In April, the last episode, will be a wrap up video where we'll attempt a
PR on all 3 lifts and do a final flexibility update to see how we've evolved
and to see if we've hit our goals.
