Findlay Market busy as holiday, parade near

Findlay Market was open for business as usual Thursday, and in light of the rainy weather, merchants were happy with their decision to move the Findlay Market Opening Day Parade to Monday. "Thursday is a busy day and this is not a typical Thursday. This is the Thursday before Easter, so it's a little more crowded," said Debbie Knueven Gannaway of Gramma Debbie's Kitchen. Easter is one of the market's busiest weekends of the year, she said. “Every single holiday brings extra people down here. There are people that literally only come to Findlay Market for Easter," she said.
