SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE - JEALOUSY FUELS MORE SLANDER Part 3 - Emily Anderson, IBLP, Gothard, Duggars

This video is part three of a 5-part series exposing the misrepresentations and lies of a Shiny Happy People interviewee named Emily Anderson who continues to tour online podcasts making claims of sexual abuse against her father and Bill Gothard, former leader of the Institute in Basic Life Principles, the Christian sect that the Duggar family has followed for many years.

In this episode, Emily makes clear that she was jealous of the attention Mr. Gothard gave to other young people and this made her feel betrayed. Paired with the anger and resentment she had against her father who she believed was inattentive and distant, she began to think more and more about how these relationships made her feel and her anger grew.

She read one account of alleged misconduct written by a disgruntled ex-IBLP participant who claimed Gothard had sexually harassed her. The result was a quick progression from gratitude and appreciation for his generosity and help, to a jealousy and anger toward him because he had made another young lady feel special too.

All this lead to her own allegations of SA by both her father and Bill Gothard.

This series exposes the truth and calls for her and others who have made false claims to begin to realize they need to come clean. And, that claiming abuse when it is not true belittles the real abuse real victims suffer at the hands of real perpetrators in addition to harming innocent people.
