Large hemisphere with potatoes and cheese. Potato cheese fondue. A very unusual and tasty dish. If you want to surprise your guests, prepare this.

Recipe

1 egg white;
0.9 fl oz milk (25 ml);
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
4.2 ounces flour (120 g);
1/2 teaspoon salt;
1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
1 tablespoon vinegar.

1 yolk;
1 tablespoon milk.

2 medium potatoes (or 1 large);
Camembert cheese;
1 piece of butter;
salt, spices to taste.

1. Before inflating the hemisphere, carefully check the dough for leaks.

2. If you inflate the hemisphere too much, it will become too thin and will break easily in the oven, so please inflate it moderately!
