Taking the Leap with Gary Rice

In this weeks episode, the Raising Alphas Project brings from behind the camera, Gary Rice. A husband, father, and soon to be former fireman. Gary has struggled with the decision of leaving a career he is passionate for, to Taking a Leap of faith and becoming an Entrepreneur. He explains in this episode that his biggest priority is to have more time with his family and reach financial freedom on his own terms vs waiting on others to vote on his annual raise.

Too many people today believe they do not have what it takes to start a business and be completely independent. Many of us have chosen to live a comfortable and safe life waiting on the paycheck twice month because it offers "security and stability". Taking the Leap of faith is difficult. It is uncomfortable. It has its challenges and there is no guarantee. However, Taking the Leap and investing in your own self and believing that you have what it takes is sometimes the hardest part.
