Biden supporter almost kills Trump supporter

A 64 year old Trump supporter was almost killed by a 36 year old maniac Biden supporter in NJ. Shouldn’t this be Joe Biden’s fault? If it was Trumps fault over J6 because of rhetoric, how is this different?
