(9/8/20) NYC Restaurants Sue Cuomo, de Blasio to Reopen Indoor Dining

Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis (64th AD-SI/Bklyn), and N.Y. City Council Minority Leader Steve Matteo (50th CD-SI), State Senator Andrew Lanza (24th SD-SI), members of the Independent Restaurant Owners Association Rescue (IROAR) and their legal team on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 announced the filing of a lawsuit on behalf of NYC restaurant owners against Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio, requesting immediate emergency relief to allow NYC restaurants to reopen for indoor dining at 50% capacity.
