I was tired of feeling terrible so i decided to get healthy and get ripped (or at least my version of ripped). So I gave myself a 30 day challenge with 5 parameters:
1) Intermittent Fasting 16:8
2) Workout 6 days/week
3) HIIT Training 3 days/week
4) Pure discipline/intensity
For 30 days I absolutely ripped and show you the complete transformation from out of shape to great shape with measurements including:
