For a while Hawkins pub was a gay pub in Plymouth Barbican. It was named after a slave trader in the City. Hawkins Meeting House is a Pub by day & Club by night, welcoming everyone, promoting diversity and providing a positive atmosphere for all cultures and communities. Previously The Breton Arms until it became Hawkins in August 2008, we are situated in the City Centre opposite Now part of Plymouth Arts University .
