Man falls off his motorboat in Plymouth, then gets run over repeatedly by it as it spins out of control: A shocking video has been released by Cattewater Harbour Commissioners in an effort to underline the importance of safety measures when taking to sea. The video shows a person losing control of a small speedboat which then batters them repeatedly as it spins, repeatedly running over their body. Fortunately, the person survived but Cattewater Harbour Commissioners, with the permission of those involved, has used the CCTV footage to encourage other water enthusiasts to learn lessons and take precautions.
